Mr. He is the deputy director of Science, Technology and Society Research Center at Tsinghua University. He is also the principle director of several projects, including “the development and utilization of distributed energy”, “pre-feasibility study on energy internet”, “the influence of climate change on 13th-Five-Year-Plan energy planning”.
